- Support worker for people who use drugs (programme SÜTIK).
- 24/7 online support concerning drugs and dependence.
- Harm reduction services, including for people who inject drugs, and safer nightlife initiatives.
- Take-home naloxone programme to prevent overdose related deaths.

- Training professionals to equip them with the knowledge and skills they need to help people who use drugs.
- Preparing and distributing information materials for the public and professionals.

- Administration of the website www.tarkvanem.ee that provides information for parents on drug prevention and developing parenting skills.
- Administration of the website www.terviseinfo.ee that provides methodologies, publications, and guidance materials for professionals in the field of drug prevention.
